Strength that holds up outside the gym

Five foundational movement patterns, loaded a little more each week, so the carryover shows up in the yard, on the stairs, and in everyday life — not just on a barbell.

Squat · Hinge · Push · Pull · Carry

Five patterns, built at your pace

Every program — whatever your starting point — is built on the same five movement patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling and carrying load. They cover almost everything your body needs to do in daily life, from getting off the floor to moving furniture.

We start with the version of each pattern your joints and experience can handle today, then add load, range of motion or complexity as you're ready for it. Nothing is rushed to hit a number on a chart.

If something doesn't feel right in your body, the plan changes that session — not three weeks later.

What a training week looks like

Most clients train two or three times a week. Each session follows the same shape, so you always know what's coming.

Warm-up

Wake the joints up

Ten minutes of mobility and activation work targeted at whatever you're lifting that day — not a generic stretch routine.

Main lift

Build the pattern

One or two primary lifts where we add load or complexity, coached closely so your technique holds under the new weight.

Accessory & carry

Round it out

Supporting work for weak links, plus a carry or conditioning finisher that mirrors real-life effort — not just more reps.

Strength isn't the goal on its own. It's the thing that makes every other part of your day easier.
